Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SVG Me, an online tool that converts raster images into SVG vector graphics. By using SVG Me you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

You can upload an image, adjust the recommended settings and preview the result for free. Downloading the finished SVG requires unlocking its project, with a credit or an unlock code.

Accounts

You need an account to buy credits and keep your projects. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter into this agreement where you live.

Credits and payments

  • Credits are prepaid through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus any applicable tax.
  • One credit unlocks one project. Every current and future version of an unlocked project can be recolored and downloaded without another credit.
  • Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  • Purchases are final, except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong with a purchase or a conversion, email [email protected] and we will work with you to fix it.
  • New accounts may receive a one-time bonus of free credits once their email address is verified, limited to one bonus per person. We may change or end this offer at any time, and may withdraw bonus credits obtained by getting around this limit.
  • Promo and unlock codes are subject to their stated limits and may be withdrawn if misused.
  • Remaining credits are forfeited if you delete your account.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload and the SVGs you create. You grant us only the permission needed to process, store and show them to you in order to provide the service. You must own or have the right to use anything you upload, and you are responsible for how you use the results.

Acceptable use

Do not use SVG Me to:

  • upload content that is illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • attempt to get SVGs without paying, or to get around limits on codes or credits;
  • disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or access it by automated means we have not provided.

Availability and storage

We work to keep SVG Me available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. Locked projects are deleted after 30 days. Keep your own copy of any SVG you download.

Disclaimers

SVG Me is provided “as is” and “as available”. Automatic tracing is an approximation, and we do not guarantee that a result will match your source exactly or suit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SVG Me is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using SVG Me at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continuing to use SVG Me after a change means you accept the updated terms.
